I’m a former school teacher, turned essential oil / wellness enthusiast, wife to my incredible husband Jorge, and mama to Gabriel Owen (8), Lucas Arthur (6), and Liliana Sophia (2).  I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska – and yes… I am a Husker fan. I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2001 (where I met Jorge & studied Spanish and Political Science. Thus I am a Horned Frog fan too). I then received my Masters of Bilingual Education from University of Texas Arlington. During my masters program I had my first teaching job and then when the school year was over, I moved down to Guatemala to marry the man I believe God has perfectly made just for me.

While in Guatemala I taught for a short while, but resigned to welcome our firstborn Gabriel into this world. A little over 2 years later Lucas was born.  Then, in March 2009 we packed up our belongings and moved back to Fort Worth, TX. Since that time, I have had two incredible jobs… being a wife and being a mama. They have been the hardest, yet most rewarding jobs I could have ever asked for.

From September 2011 to May 2012, Jorge and I became ministry students at Convergence School of Supernatural Ministry. It has been, by far, the most pivotal year in my life. My family’s life will never be the same because of those 9 months. This is in part the reason for my blog… I have learned, changed, grown SO much in the past 5 years. I have so much on my heart that I want to share with others.

Lastly, I am living a dream that I have had on my heart for a long time. To help people. It doesn’t look like I thought it would… but it’s so much better. I have become passionate about encouraging others and empowering them in all aspects of their life. One of those aspects is health and one of the tools is through Young Living Essential Oils. God is good and has tangibly provided for us so much more than we realize. I can’t wait to share all that I have learned.
