Over the past few years I have learned so much about nutrition and taking care of myself and my family. The phrase, “we are what we eat” is a 100% fact. What we put in our mouth has more impact on our bodies either positively or negatively than we could ever realize. All the information is incredibly overwhelming… (I am still a little overwhelmed to tell you the truth). I plan to post recipes, articles, links to other blogs, kitchen and food products that I love and really anything I find pertinent to wellness and nutrition.
